Please note the following…

• Upon making a reservation online you will be contacted by us on the telephone number provided to make a non refundable deposit
• For high season Friday / Saturday (June to September)  bookings for individual days maybe available. Please call to enquire.
• If you have any special requirement which falls outside of the hire period parameters please call us to discuss.
• To book a date for a gift voucher, call us or make the reservation using the option above ‘Make Reservation’ and note in ‘comments’ voucher and number
• No reservations will be confirmed as a booking until the non refundable deposit has been made.

Classic Car Hire
Terms and Conditions :

• Mileage allowance is 100 miles per day
• Day Hire times : 8.30 to 17.00 ** (see notes below)
• Extra miles are charged at 35p per mile
• Additional driver available at charge of £30
• Prices include VAT and comprehensive insurance *(see notes below), subject to a clean licence, driver history and profession.
• Insurance Excess (Pre auth) from £500, subject to status and profession
• Advance bookings during June to September (Fri to Sun)  : 2 day minimum hire
• Car supplied with full tank of fuel, must be returned with full tank
• Driver must be aged 25 to 77
• Driver must of held full licence for at least 2 years
• *Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of issue date
• Bookings are non transferable, unless in exceptional circumstances
• If you cancel or change the date before 4 weeks of your hire date, 50% of the total booking cost for hire will be non-refundable. If you cancel or wish to change the hire date within the 7 to 28 days of the hire date 75% of booking cost will be non-refundable. Cancellation or change of hire date within 7 days of the hire date is 100% non-refundable.

** Return Time – Unless previously agreed all cars must be returned no later than 5pm on the final day of hire, in order for us to be able clean and prepare the car for the next hire. Late returns will incur a surcharge of £60 + an additional £30 for every 15 minute delay after 5.30pm. 

* Insurance – There may be a small increase in cost dependant on any driving endorsements and / or profession
